On Friday, 13th June, we had the privilege of hosting a fantastic fundraising event in support of Shrewsbury Food Hub, an organisation doing incredible work to reduce food waste and support those in need in our community.
We were thrilled to partner with Flello’s Pizza, a brilliant family-run business known for their thin and crispy New York-style pizzas (and yes, they’re every bit as delicious as they sound!). Their generosity and passion for giving back played a huge part in making the event a real success.
Throughout the day, visitors joined us to enjoy amazing pizza while raising funds for a very worthy cause. The atmosphere was full of community spirit, and it was inspiring to see so many people come together to show their support.
Thanks to everyone’s kindness and generosity, we’re incredibly proud to share that we raised £443.20 for Shrewsbury Food Hub. These funds will help them continue their important mission of reducing food waste and supporting people across our community.
A huge thank you goes to Flello’s Pizza for serving up their signature New York-style pizzas, and of course, to Shrewsbury Food Hub for the essential work they do day in and day out. It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with both organisations.
