Shrewsbury based insurance broker 1st Choice Insurance launches new website this week following demand for a faster, more streamlined user experience. The redesign comes as part of an ongoing investment into the company’s offering to its clients.
1st Choice Insurance, of Jupiter House on Shrewsbury Business Park, have produced the new website through a collaborative effort from both the marketing team and an external web developer. The decision was made to update the website’s design and functionality, not just to make it easier to use, but to also accommodate more products and content as the company grows.
Callum Watkins, Head of Marketing at 1st Choice Insurance had this to say “Re-designing our website is another demonstration of how 1st Choice Insurance are continuously improving our customer experience. Our website traffic has grown by 100% in the past 12 months, so it was vital we invested in our website to make it faster, easier to navigate and more up to date with informative content. This new website is the beginning of our journey to become the UK’s leading ‘easy to do business with’ commercial insurance broker.
