Jake is the Operations Manager at 1st Choice Insurance, bringing over a decade of commercial insurance experience and a strong strategic focus to the business. Having joined 1st Choice Insurance seven years ago, Jake has progressed through a variety of roles, moving from sales into department management and now operations. In his current position, he plays a key role in analysing business performance, forecasting, reviewing operational processes, and supporting team leaders across the transactional departments. Jake is also responsible for managing partner relationships and helping shape the company’s long-term business strategy.
With expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance sectors, including property owners, hospitality, contractors, manufacturing, warehousing, haulage, fleet, and motor trade, Jake’s knowledge and leadership make him an integral part of the continued growth and success of 1st Choice Insurance.
