Jake is our Operations Manager at 1st Choice Insurance. Jake joined our team in 2019 as a Renewals Executive and quickly rose through the ranks to become Head of Renewals. Today, he oversees the operational side of our business behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively. Jake is instrumental in managing reports and coordinating day-to-day operations, playing a vital role in our team’s success and efficiency.
