Mandy is our New Business Manager at 1st Choice Insurance, bringing years of experience and dedication to her role. She first joined us in 2016 as a Renewals Handler when the company was still small. Her commitment and versatility quickly became apparent as she took on additional administrative responsibilities to support our growing operations.
Having worked across multiple departments, Mandy’s expertise and drive led her to the role of Client Services Team Leader, where she played a key role in enhancing customer experience.
Today, as our New Business Manager, Mandy is instrumental in driving growth and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service from the very first interaction.
