Rhiann is the Renewals Team Leader at 1st Choice Insurance, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong client-focused approach to the business. She joined the company in September 2022 after exploring a variety of career paths, including hairdressing, martial arts instruction, waitressing, and retail, before discovering a passion for the insurance industry.

Starting as a Renewal Executive, Rhiann quickly developed a strong understanding of client relationships and risk management, thriving in the fast-paced and rewarding nature of the role. Now entering her fourth year with the company, she has recently progressed into the position of Renewals Team Leader, where she continues to grow professionally while supporting and guiding her team.
